RSVP Events brings almost 20 years of event planning experience to San Diego. Owned by Rachel Wood, RSVP Events is a full-service event coordination company that specializes in bar/bat mitzvahs, weddings, social, corporate, and non-profit events. Whether it’s a small intimate affair for 10 guests or a large convention for thousands, we can help take care of the details.

Rachel graduated from San Diego State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality & Tourism Management. Throughout college she worked for various private event planners and assisted with day of event management. During and after college, Rachel also worked within the hotel industry in the seaside town of La Jolla. In 2009, she moved over to the non-profit sector handling major donor and upscale events within San Diego County. In 2015, after the birth of her second daughter, Rachel decided it was time to go back to private event planning and hasn’t looked back since.

When Rachel isn’t planning events, you can find her spending time with her two daughters (Madelyn & Emily) and husband (Jesse).
